Executive Director Update

A Note From Our Executive Director

While this has not been the most conventional year we have faced at the Ranch, we are so grateful to our staff and all of our supporters for pushing through tough times and re-imagining everything we hope to do at TimberCreek Ranch. Over the past few months our team has been hard at work crafting a brand new mission and vision for our Ranch and you can see the results on our website TCRANCH.ORG.

Come late Fall and through the Winter of 2020 we will seek to serve no more than 10-15 young men ages 17-24 who are aging out of the Foster Care System and have no place to go. We have completely revamped our services to provide this age group with programming in three key areas: Education, Vocations and Spiritual Care. We have new developments in the works to fulfill our new mission, and numerous ideas on how our young men can play a big part in giving back to our surrounding communities.

Our deepest passion is to give a full continuum of quality care to these young men and prepare them for college, careers, family life and how to live generous lives to those around them. Please partner with us in prayer and please consider helping us in this good work!

New Programs

We offer three distinct and unique programs for our participants: Education, Vocations, and Spiritual Care.

EDUCATION

Our educational services will work to aid credit recovery, graduation, or GED completion and college readiness for each individual.

VOCATIONS

We offer on-the-job training in fields related to animal husbandry and agriculture, wood/metal shop skills, maintenance and auto mechanics, custodial services, food services and retail. Each category will provide a robust vocational experience and cultivate the employable skills of our participants.

SPIRITUAL CARE

Our new Director of Mission and Spiritual Care, Zac Page, will offer Christian Formation opportunities, develop partnerships with other ministries within the community and shape the daily and weekly spiritual disciplines with prayer, Bible study and life application.
